1. Source a pool of qualified applicants using various techniques including the Internet, , direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, print and electronic media, as appropriate
2. Screening and short listing resumes
3. Co-ordinating with the Clients & placing the right candidates.
4. Obtaining Feedback form Selected Candidates and Preparing MIS.
5. Should have excellent Communication Skills.
6. Should be excellent at relationship mgmt & networking.
7. Target-Oriented Person, should be a good team player
8. Should believe in Smart Work.
